1. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning, junk removal, hauling, and related services as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are based on estimated volume, time, and labor required.

• Final pricing may change if the actual work differs from the original booking details.

• Payment is due immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.

5. Access to Property

• Client must provide safe and clear access to the property and items to be removed/cleaned.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by blocked access or unsafe conditions.

6. Damage & Liability

• We take full care while performing services.

• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or fragile items not disclosed in advance.

7. Hazardous Materials

We do not remove:

• Chemicals

• Asbestos

• Medical waste

• Explosives

• Toxic or hazardous materials

Client is responsible for proper disposal of such items.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or beyond our service scope.

9. Photos & Marketing

We may take before/after photos for quality and marketing purposes. No personal identity will be shared without consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States of America.
